okay... im right handed and have a rotater cuff injury on my right (FLIPPIN FUN! wake up 8.00ish
eat cerial or multigrain bread with low fat peanut butter and sometimes jam or honey
i usually eat half my lunch about 11.30 then the rest at 3.30
which is a carrot a sandwich(usually lunch meat low fat cheese and veggies) a peaice fruit or twosometimes i get a granola bar
then i eat supper at about 6.30 always vegatables some kind of meat noodles or potatoes
if i am really hungry i have a peice of fruit or a handfull of cerial at about eight if we had an early dinner and go to bed around 11 get to sleep about 3-4 i dont sleep well i have sleep problems too so...
i also walk a km to and from school everyday i do yoga quite often as well as pilates
the issue with excersize is i cant really afford to go to the gym all the time and there is no where for me to run also where i live the weather is really bad for my asthma so do you have any ideas on how i can lose weight? as well do you know if in canada there is a 'healthy' kids program kind of thing that they could help pay for an organized sport or a gym pass or something? thank you

It sounds like you're on the right track! And good for you for trying to make healthier choices.
My suggestion would be to go to your family physician. He/she can help you figure out if you need to alter your exercise and diet more and what genetic factors you may be up against.
As far as getting into a gym talk to your parent(s) or guardians first and start making phone calls to find out what places in your area offer. In this economy, many gyms may be willing to work out discounts, etc.
But first things first. See your doctor.

Alli is the only over the counter weight loss drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
EVERYTHING else out there has to be sold as a dietary supplement and cannot prove their claims.
Be advised the pills like phentramine, phentremine, and phen375 are just plays on the approved drug phentermine which requires a doctor prescription. Same goes for Adipex(phentermine) and Apidexin.
Almost every single one of these diet pills contains caffeine, or "exotic" herbs containing caffeine. Many other ingredients contain extracts of fruits and plants that are high in antioxidants. But the antioxidant value is lost in processing. They also supplement with vitamins or vitamin extracts. Why? Where is the active ingredient?
The FDA announced last week it is going to stop the sale of hcg drops so I would ignore hcg completely. Do not waste your money on unapproved diet pills.
I know you hate to hear it but a healthy diet is the number one bullet for weight loss.

When I see the weight loss slowing down I get discouraged and need to get back down to my normal size 7 before June for my sisters wedding. Which means I have to go down about 9 dress sizes. My doctor put me on a drug called phentermine to help me lose weight because my medical conditions made me gain a huge amount of weight (100lbs). I have PCOS which is a hormonal imbalance and slowed my metabolism wayyyyy down, I have insulin resistance from the PCOS which makes me crave carbs, and I have rheumatoid arthritis and damage to my knees which made it hard to work out. Without the phentermine no matter how hard I tried I couldn't lose weight. This med makes me pretty much never hungry. I still force myself to eat, and I eat balanced things. Like a plain turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with an apple and broccoli, things like that. But it's hard to make myself eat cause I'm never hungry. Most days I manage to force myself to eat 1,200 calories, but there are maybe 2 days a week where I barely eat at all, maybe 600 to 800 calories tops. Try taking cinnamon. It's healthier for you then diet pills. If you aren't very overweight than I wouldn't recommend taking anything without your doctors approval. Even if it IS over the counter. Phentramine, phentremine, phentamine, phetermine, phentamin, and phen375 are all just plays on the legal drug and are not approved drugs. They are classified as dietary supplements..
Most are a blend of herbs, spices, and loaded with caffeine. Phentremine 375 contains capsaicin which is - chili powder. It claims another ingredient is similar to ephedra - a banned weight loss drug. Another is supposed to be chemically related to an amphetamine. Another is just caffeine. They put a bunch of scientific names on a bunch of common names to make it sound impressive or to hide the ingredients.

I work a 9-5 Mon - Fri - sedentary office job.
I'm 26years old and female.
I walk to and from work Mon - Fri and that equates to 2kms a day.
I walk to and from uni Tues & Thurs and that equates to 10kms on both days.
I do 3 x 30 min gym sessions every week (mix of cardio/weights/dance).
and here is an example of a normal day in my diet:
B/Fast: 1 x serving reduced fat yoghurt with 1 x cut-up peach
1 x small light soy latte OR carrot/ginger/celery juice
Lunch: 1 x large chilli tuna salad with avocado, tomato, lettuce, snow peas OR 5 small, fresh sushi/sashimi plates.
Snacks: Handfull of Mixed, Raw (unsalted) Nuts OR peice of fruit OR 1 serving rice crackers
Dinner: Fish or Chicken with steamed vegetables and small serving of rice/pasta.
+ a few cups of green tea and peppermint tea thoughout the day.
Can you comment on the above diet and exercise plan? My plan is to safely drop 4kilos over 1.5month and tone up a little. So far I think I've lost 2 kilos. I've been doing this routine for 3 weeks now and feel amazing
