forget the fad diets, as soon as a new one comes out the previous one is forgotten.
Counting calories is boring but its mathematical weight loss that works.
if you weigh say 160lbs and want to be 150lbs
well that's 35,000 calories that need to be burned.
35,000 calories over a 60 day period, well that's 583* calories you will need to burn off every day.
However if you body only requires 1800 calories a day to survive, you could make a deceit in your daily intake and consume only 1500, and that would mean you only have to burn 283 calories by means of exercise.
Just remember, their are thousands of diets out their, but at the end of the day it does not matter if you eat cabbage all day or McDonald's, as long as you count the calories in them. But.... to make this as achievable as possible, its wise to consume as much car bs as possible, ie pasta or potatoes
