Then reduce this intake by 500 calories. You'd burn 1 pound a week. Keep a food journal and write down everything you eat and how many calories/fats there are. Don't go over 30g of fat per day while on a diet. Eat every 2-3 hours to keep you metabolism up.
Plus, exercise. Drinks lots of water.
