Question by Angelina: What diet tips have really worked for you?
I have tried every diet book out there. So far, the only thing that's worked for me is a raw diet but I never can stick to it for long!

cut out unnecessary sugar (cookies)
drink 8 cups of water
eat protein (egg, cheese) 30 min of waking up
eat two servings of fruit
walk 30 min a day
