For the past week, upon waking my middle finger on my right hand and my pinky finger on my left hand have been killing me. This happens everyday regardless of the previous days' activities, the position I sleep in, my diet, or any observable conditions that I can think of. It's just the bottom knuckle of both fingers, where they connect to the palm. There's no swelling, redness, and generally it gets better by the afternoon. And I have no other health issues, physical, mental or otherwise. What is going on?
