Question by Clarisa: So what our some natural was to lose weight? Im 36 weeks prego & obviously after my pregnancy i wanna get back into shape. Im hoping to be back in a size 3 not right after but in at least 2 months or less. But i wanna know some good diet plans? Or anything that helps with losing weight? Excerises to lose muffin tops? Lol

search up DDP Yoga, im doing that right now too. its basically yoga that does not put any stress on your joints and tendons and u get into your fat burning zone just by standing. if you're interested and wanna know more, u can add me.
