Question by : What diet tips have really worked for you? I have tried every diet book out there. So far, the only thing that's worked for me is a raw diet but I never can stick to it for long!

Calculate your bmr(how many calories you burn per day with no activity): http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul… Then reduce this intake by 500 calories. You'd burn 1 pound a week. Keep a food journal and write down everything you eat and how many calories/fats there are. Don't go over 30g of fat per day while on a diet. Eat every 2-3 hours to keep you metabolism up. Plus, exercise. Drinks lots of water. Depending on your excerise you can lose up to 8 - 10 pound per month.
