Question by Victor: Does running alot and eating healthy make you lose weight? I'm a 16 year old guy and I'm 5 '11 and I weigh about 208-210 And I also go to the gym so any information about weight-loss will be awesome!

I mostly answer gaming questions but I can do 100 push-ups in a row. So of course running and eating healthy make you lose weight. Here are the most IMPORTANT tips: 1. Do not eat 3 big meals, eat around 4-5 small meals throughout the day, and set a daily eating time for all of them, a steady metabolism helps a lot for weight loss. 2. When you do eat (look above), fill 3/4 of your plate with greens, broccoli and spinach are great (steamed is strongly recommended), then the rest of the plate with rice and white meat chicken. NO dressing or sauce on any of them. 3. The best exercise is swimming, trust me on this one. It improves the lungs the most out of all other sports, burns the most calories, and puts absolutely NO strain on any joints. Just remember to bring water to the pool. Swim about 2 hours one day, than about 1 hour the second day, then 2 again the next day, keep that pattern. 4. Eat early, give at least a 2 hour gap between your last meal and bedtime, any if you go to bed hungry it is a very good thing. Your body is barely able to burn calories when you sleep, so eat all you meals early. 5.Sleep, get a good night's sleep, this will steady your metabolism and keep your body in order, but get up early in the morning and sleep early. 6. Confidence! Keep a schedule and goals, their are also some apps if you have an apple device that'll help you lose weight and keep track of calories (MyFitnessPal is an example of a 5-star app). Just keep at it and you'll start to notice the difference monthly, and I guarantee by 4-5 months, maybe even three, you'll be fit and healthy, 5-7+ months and you'll be ripped. As a 5'11'' guy, you should do just fine.
