Honestly I wouldn't take it just because after doing a quick search, I couldn't even find a bodybuilding.com review on it (or a real review at all for that matter), and they review EVERYTHING. And as many trolls as there on that site, there are just as many people very knowledgable about supplements that give very good insight and scientific data to back or dismiss a certain supplement.
I would suggest looking into another fat burner if I were you. When it comes to supplements like this that are not regulated by the FDA, you really need to be a consumer reports hound to see exactly if it works and if it has any negative effects.

In take- calories burned= weight loss or gained
example: eat 1200 cals a day and burn 4700
1200-4700=3500
3500 calories= 1 pound
The easiest way to lose weight fast is to diet and eat less then usual(not starve). why?: because then its easier, you won't have to burn as many calories to reach your goal:)

We literally have like no food in our fridge because we eat out non stop. My mom works so by the time she gets home we have no time to go to the store and cook. Diet pills can't always be the answer. If you want to lose weight in a healthy manner you will have to have the willpower to do so. Downsizing and substituting fast food with healthier options would be best. Drinking more water and beginning to exercise would also be a good idea.

I have been taking vyvanse for the past 3 or 4 years and I am seriously starting to wonder of it is causing me to be depressed. When I'm on the medication I become very quiet and awkward and do not want to really socialize. It works great for keeping me focused and my grades have greatly improved from the medication, but I just do not feel happy and like my usual self on it. Other side effects I've experienced is dramatic weight loss, head aches, dry mouth, irritation, and insomnia. I'm stuck because I really do need the medicine to get good grades and concentrate but I am so unhappy on it. Any suggestions?

i've been on vyvanse for about 7 months now and i experience the same exact symptoms. especially the dry mouth, weight loss and irritation. however, my grades have significantly improved so i've been dealing with it a few different ways.
All these symptoms can be lessened by eating. when i don't eat and i'm on vyvanse, the side effects are much worse. I feel like I don't know what to say to people when they talk to me, I don't want to talk to anyone and I just want to sit and be quiet. When i have breakfast and i have snacks during school i feel normal and focused. You need to be fueling yourself throughout the day. Also, stay away from carbs in the morning because my doctor told me it worsens ADD.
As for the insomnia, i take melatonin at night. melatonin is natural so it's not like you're going to be medicated 24/7. you can get it as cvs without a prescription and i usually take one dose and it helps a lot with sleeping.
Basically if you take care of yourself by eating frequently, drinking water and getting sleep; the side effects you're experiencing shouldn't be as bad.

I am working out 45 min to 1 hr 5 days a week at 3mph on the treadmill. I eat between 1,300-1,500 calories per day - down from 3,400. In the past 6-8 weeks I have not lost an ounce. However, Parents need to have more control about what their child is eating. Since kids learn most of their eating habits from parents, it is important to tell them "No" every once in a while to unhealthy decisions or else it can lead to some serious health consequences in the future.
Enforcing positive eating habits will not only benefit the child’s physical health, but their mental health as well. After all, eating right and exercising are the two best ways to maintain a healthy body. It’s important to provide healthy meals or snacks as needed. Although there is nothing wrong with a chocolate bar every so often, it should not be an everyday thing. If your parenting style is to use food as a reward for your child, they are probably more likely to have weight issues as they grow older. Young children don’t need a candy bar every time they do something right.
It’s important that parents are stricter not only what their child’s eating but also themselves. Parents eat just as much as the kids do at home, so they can't really tell the kids not to do something. With all this said I do believe some parents go to the extreme which is not expectable. Verbal abuse can result to depression or low self-esteem as well. Little kids should not be told that they are fat or other offensive words. Also its better to be laid back every so often rather than having your little kid on a low carb, low fat, no food but lettuce is going way too far. These parents are not letting their children be kids at their young age.
Making sure that there are more healthy options available at home rather than just greasy food is an excellent first step. Also by trying to prepare healthier meals at home more often can be helpful, it’s important to not go to extremes with children so parents don’t have a heart attack if your kid has a slice a cake.
