Question by loveable: Drinking water to be healthy but GAINING WEIGHT? im drinking 8 glasses of water a day so i stay feeling good,hydrated,clear skin maybe , and help with weight loss to feel a little full before eating but im gaining weight and i know its because of the water retention ! the most i drink is a gallon a day i like drinking that much because i feel so hydrated when i do .my question is will i be able to get to my target weight if i continue to drink so much water

Yes it's just water weight. It will eventually all flush out
