Question by Steve: I'm fat, What should i do ? I used to be just overweight, y'know. But now, i'm freaking obese ! I'm much much wider than usual, and i have moobs ! My question is : Should i just ignore it (pretend i'm not and just move on with my life) or should i start exercising ? And IF i start exercising, Where and How should i start ? *ps, please don't answer with : "It's all up to you" or "you make the choices", F-- that, YOU need to choose for me.
